This place is great! Such a cute, cozy atmosphere with comfy seating, adorable decor, and games to play. Of course the yummy drinks / treats are awesome, too. Customer service is on point. Everyone is so friendly. In a busy, often unfriendly world, this was the breath of fresh air I needed!

My twin daughters love this place. We have been here multiple times and it is super consistent with what they give. While there drinks are being made they always play with the games present. In my daughter’s words “it’s boba-licious”.

I had a caramel oreo cheesecake ate that up before I thought about taking a picture. And a mango fruit tea with blueberry popping Boba. Everything was really good and the atmosphere is unbelievably calm

Hands down one of, if not, the best bubble tea shops in the Ypsi/Arbor area! They have a nice selection of signature teas and are able to do custom teas as well. The owner and staff are the nicest people as well! It's always nice to walk in, see a friendly face, and grab a lovely bubble tea. Highly recommend and they have me as a regular :)

To preface, I generally don't write reviews much, but this Boba shop deserves it. BobaleeCo has quickly become one of my absolute favorite places to go, and every visit reminds me why I love it so much. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, comfortable, and inviting. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, catch up with friends, or just treat yourself after a long day, and I have just hung out at BobaleeCo for hours with friend's on numerous occasions. Everything always feels clean, organized, cozy, and thoughtfully put together, which makes the experience even better. There’s just something about the overall vibe that keeps me coming back—it feels like a little pocket of happiness every time I stop by. To be transparent, I live about 25 mins away from the BobaleeCo, so by no means is it close; however, it is most certainly worth the trek. One of the biggest reasons I love BobaleeCo is the staff. The employees are always incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely friendly. They greet customers with warm smiles and are happy to answer questions or make recommendations upon request. What stands out the most is how consistently they make the drinks perfectly. No matter how complex my order is, they get it just right every single time, even when I'm ordering rediculous boba mixes and such. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that attention to detail makes a huge difference. Their positive attitudes and great service truly elevate the whole experience. My go-to order, the strawberry milk tea with tapioca and mango popping pearls, is absolutely amazing. The strawberry flavor is sweet and refreshing without being overpowering, and it blends so smoothly with the creamy milk tea base. The tapioca pearls are always perfectly cooked—soft and chewy in the best way—and the mango popping pearls add a burst of fruity flavor that makes every sip exciting. I also love the Thai milk tea with mango and coffee jelly. The Thai tea has that rich, slightly spiced sweetness that’s so comforting, and pairing it with juicy mango pieces and soft, flavorful coffee jelly creates such a unique and delicious combination. It’s bold, sweet, and refreshing all at once. Another favorite of mine is the cappuccino milk tea with tapioca and coffee jelly. It has a smooth, creamy coffee flavor that feels indulgent but never too heavy. The tapioca adds that classic chewy texture I love, while the coffee jelly enhances the drink with an extra layer of rich, slightly bittersweet flavor that balances everything perfectly. Every drink I’ve tried feels carefully crafted and consistently delicious. BobaleeCo isn’t just a place to grab boba—it’s a place where quality, kindness, and amazing flavors come together to create an experience I genuinely look forward to every time. To conclude, I have never left BobaleeCo without tasting, feeling, or enjoying 5 star quality.

My first time experiencing this very adorable establishment! Their boba is very tasty, and with tons of options for customization for your perfect drink. The staff is very lovely and I managed to go multiple times during my stay in the area. I highly recommend trying Tiger Milk tea. And one of their strawberry or melon slushies. <3

Bobalee was pretty quiet on a Tuesday night, which made it a great place to visit. I ordered Thai tea with almond milk, and wished they would have asked about sweetness because it was just way too sweet. They also have some dessert options (brownies, cookies, cheesecake, etc) which I would try next time!

Had a great time on opening day! The atmosphere was nice, the service was great, and the drinks were really nice. Tiger milk tea was really good, excited to try more of the drinks and see what other options come up in the future :)
